Original Paintings

• Created by me and shipped directly from my studio, either framed or unframed. Please read each artwork description carefully.
  
• All artworks are created in my studio based in New Jersey, USA. There is no tariff.
  
• Each original artwork includes a certificate of authenticity confirming its originality.
  
• If an artwork is currently in exhibition, you will be notified to arrange a later shipping date.
  
• All sales are final for original paintings, and all rights are reserved by the artist.
  

Fine Art Prints

• Licensed to and sold through third-party global retail partners.

• Both open and super limited editions created by me and produced by Third-party printing manufacturer based in USA. 
  
• Each metal and glass art print includes a signed certificate of authenticity emailed to validate the edition number purchased. Open edition doesn't come with the certificate of authenticity. 
  
• Print-on-demand unless listed as in stock.
  
• Glass prints require 5–12 business days to process; metal prints require 7–14 business days to process.
  
• Tracking numbers will be emailed once shipments are ready and shipped directly from our manufacturers. 
  
• In-stock metal or glass prints ship within 2–5 business days from my studio in New Jersey, USA.
  
• All metal and glass art prints arrive with hanging wire installed and ready to hang.
  

Original Painting's standard processing time is 2–5 business days, and tracking number will be emailed once the artwork is ready to ship. Shipping time varies; please use the UPS calculator at checkout for an estimate.

Fine Art Prints sold through third-party global Retail Partners, please review each partner’s FAQ page for production, shipping, and return details.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. As we are selling unique and original works of art, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made. This policy helps protect the integrity and value of the artwork, ensuring that each piece remains in pristine condition for its new owner.

Anything purchases made on Retail Partner sites please follow their Refund & Return policies.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

1. Originality and Uniqueness: Each piece of art we sell is original and often one-of-a-kind. Once an artwork is sold, it cannot be returned to our inventory without compromising its originality and value.
2. Handling and Care: Art requires careful handling and specific conditions to maintain its quality. Once an artwork leaves our premises, we cannot guarantee that it will be returned in the same condition.
3. Investment Value: Art is not only a product but also an investment. The value of art can appreciate over time, and a no-refund policy ensures the stability and integrity of this investment.

Exception - Damaged Artwork

We understand that sometimes issues may arise during shipping. If your artwork arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Provide Proof: Take clear photos or videos of the damaged artwork and the packaging it arrived in.
2. Contact Us: Send the proof to us on the Contact Us page or text us at +1 646 580 7679 within 72 hours of receiving the artwork.
3. Resolution: Based on the proof provided, we will offer either store credit or a gift card of the same value to you.

Return & Exchanges

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind. 

• Make sure none of the prints face the sunlight directly.
• Always use a duster or clean microfiber cloth when cleaning.
• For glass prints specifically, use 7th Generation Glass Cleaner.
• Some glass prints feature the artwork embossed on the back side of the glass. If your print has embossed details, do not wipe directly over the embossed artwork. Instead, gently clean around the embossed areas to avoid damage.
• For aluminum metal prints, use Novus Plastic Polish.
  

Never hang original paintings or fine art prints in direct sunlight. For artworks shipped unframed, please use a frame with UV-treated glass to protect the artwork over time.
