Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. As we are selling unique and original works of art, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made. This policy helps protect the integrity and value of the artwork, ensuring that each piece remains in pristine condition for its new owner.

Anything purchases made on Prints & Fine Art, please follow its Refund & Return policies.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

  1. Originality and Uniqueness: Each piece of art we sell is original and often one-of-a-kind. Once an artwork is sold, it cannot be returned to our inventory without compromising its originality and value.
  2. Handling and Care: Art requires careful handling and specific conditions to maintain its quality. Once an artwork leaves our premises, we cannot guarantee that it will be returned in the same condition.
  3. Investment Value: Art is not only a product but also an investment. The value of art can appreciate over time, and a no-refund policy ensures the stability and integrity of this investment.

Exception - Damaged Artwork

We understand that sometimes issues may arise during shipping. If your artwork arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Provide Proof: Take clear photos or videos of the damaged artwork and the packaging it arrived in.
  2. Contact Us: Send the proof to us at [contact email] or [contact phone number] within 72 hours of receiving the artwork.
  3. Resolution: Based on the proof provided, we will offer either store credit or a gift card of the same value to you.
