Mindscape (Complete Series) | Abstract Landscape Wall Art | Aluminum Metal Prints

I debuted this series at The Other Art Fair in Brooklyn, June 2022: Watch Me Hunstle!

This new series, entitled Mindscape, comprises ten abstract portraits depicting the interior of the subject’s mind. While traditional portraits focus on portraying an exterior likeness through  representational realism, these paintings redirect the focus to the intangible atmosphere within. Each portrait illustrates the very real, yet invisible, interior layers of consciousness that make up who we are: chaotic, ephemeral, transient, and ever-changing.

The series has two types of works, alternating between portraits that show the subject's face, and paintings that simply represent that which is held within a person, often unseen to the public. They can be viewed in pairs, sets, or as stand-alone pieces.
