When I need a moment to myself, I paint in silhouette with minimum details on features and faces. By shifting the focus away from the face, I noticed that I pay more attention to the backdrop and variables that shape our identity. In this art form, we can uncover the unseen aspects of ourselves that often remain hidden amidst our preoccupation with self-perception.
